Payment of a retainer confirms acceptance of all Terms of Service.
2. Booking & Payment
A retainer fee is required to reserve any date.
Dates are not held until retainer is received.
Retainers are non-refundable.
Remaining balance must be paid prior to event/service date unless otherwise agreed.
Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of services.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Retainers remain non-refundable.
Rescheduling may be permitted based on availability.
Emergency situations will be handled compassionately when possible.
Capture Your Happily Ever After LLC reserves the right to cancel services due to:
Safety concerns
Illness
Acts of God
Unforeseen emergencies
If cancellation is initiated by Capture Your Happily Ever After LLC, all payments received will be refunded.
4. Artistic Style

Final creative decisions remain at the discretion of the company.

Videography: 4–10 weeks
Sneak peeks may be provided but are not guaranteed.
Delivery timelines may vary due to workload, season, or unforeseen circumstances.
6. Drone Services
Drone services are conducted in compliance with FAA regulations.
Drone use may be restricted due to:
Weather
Venue rules
Airspace limitations
Safety concerns
If drone coverage cannot be performed due to these restrictions, this does not constitute breach of agreement.
7. Client Responsibilities
Client agrees to:
Provide accurate timelines
Communicate key event details
Obtain location permissions when required

Late timelines
Venue restrictions
Guest interference
Lighting limitations
8. Coordinating Services
