 This package includes all the rehearsal coordination and an in-person meeting with our wedding coordinator in advance of the big day.

• Coordinator will be with you all day of the wedding.
• Courtesy list of preferred vendors that have discounted rates and contract negotiations.
• Update contracted vendors of timeline changes and address related questions or concerns.
• Distribute the wedding timeline plus any additional info to all bridal party members and address related questions, as needed.
• Floor plan assistance if needed, direct rental company and or venue and instruct all vendors where to setup.

The wedding coordinator will only help create the bridal party lineup and facilitate the rehearsal. On the day of your wedding, the coordinator will also direct only procession and recession for the ceremony. Day before help on rehearsal and wedding day.
